Chicago Sky at Phoenix Mercury (-12) – 10 PM ET
The Mercury are good at beating up on bad teams. They have a 12-1 record against teams that are currently below .500. Enter the Chicago Sky, who are very much in the mix to finish in last place in the league, and 4-13 on the road. The Mercury are 12-6 at home and have won four of their last five games, while the Sky have only won twice since July 12th. The Sky’s margin of loss has been better as of late, which makes me want to stay away from the -12 spread for the game, but I think Phoenix dominates in the first half and covers the -6.5 line for the 1st Half, something they’ve done in their last two games, both victories.
