This game will be at a neutral location in Kansas City at Geha Field in Arrowhead where the Chiefs play. Nebraska and Matt Rhule have a great roster this season, and it’s pretty much put up or shut up time for him. They get Cincinnati to open their season here, and they are laying almost a TD here. Dylan Raiola was inconsistent last year for the Cornhuskers, but they did load up with wide receivers out of the portal, and they got a new offensive coordinator in Dana Holgorsen which is a great hire for Nebraska.
Cincinnati was 5-7 last year, 3-6 in the Big 12, 4-7-1 ATS. Brendan Sorsby returns as QB for the Bearcats, they has a terrible finish losing five games in a row. They lost thier leading rusher, and the move to the Big 12 was tough for them and Scott Satterfield who inherited the team from Luke Fickell.
Nebraska should be full of Cornhusker fans coming down from Iowa, so they will have clear home field advantage. It’s interesting to note that this line opened months ago at -6.5 and is still sitting there, which is surprising, but we will take it as a gift and lay with with the Cornhuskers here, they need to make a statement, Matt Rhule needs to make a statement, and we like Nebraska.
