New York’s shaky defense makes it hard to ignore the over. They’ve given up eight goals in two games, and Winnipeg has been very efficient with its scoring chances and will pose a challenge for New York goalie Ilya Sorokin who has struggled out of the gate.

The Islanders have also scored five goals through their first two road games. With New York feeding off the crowd, I can see both teams reaching three goals in this one, with the over cashing.
