These two teams have played each other quite competitively over recent seasons, with the Vancouver Canucks prevailing in six of the 10 most recent matchups. I feel the NHL is a very trendy/streaky sport, particularly at the beginning of the season. Vancouver, following a three-game win streak, dropped their last outing, a road defeat two nights ago at the hands of Pittsburgh. Meanwhile, Nashville, has lost four straight outings, including their last game at home, against Anaheim. I feel that was game they should have won. I don’t see them in bounce back mode. If they were going to bounce back, they would’ve done it prior to their fourth straight defeat. I think this team is sliding. The Canucks score about a half a goal game more, while yielding nearly half a goal less. I just feel the Predators are ice cold, and I don’t see them turning things around here against a team that has taken four straight games played in this rivalry on the road. Take the Canucks. Thank you.
