The last time these two teams played was back on April 8th of last season in Dallas. The Stars blew a 5-2 lead in that game losing, 6-5, in overtime as a huge favorite. It would not surprise me if the Canucks upset the Stars again in Dallas.

The 3-0 Stars could be in letdown mold after satisfying road wins against the Jets and Avalanche and then following that up with an opening home win against the Wild, 5-2, two days ago.

Vancouver has the eighth-best penalty kill unit and a solid goalie in Thatcher Demko.

The Canucks seem to do their best work on the road, too. They were 21-14-6 in their away games last season and 23-14-2 on the road two seasons ago.
