I will be laying the points with USC. USC is coming off a 45-31 win over Michigan State. Illinois is coming off a 63-10 blowout loss to Indiana. The Trojans looked solid offensively against Michigan State last, gaining 523 yards (289 rushing), and they were 8-of-12 on third-down tries. USC has scored 33 or more points in all four games this season. They did give up their most points in any game this season, as the Spartans put up 31. Illinois struggled against Indiana, gaining just 161 yards of offense (159 rushing), and were just 1-of-10 on third-down conversions. The defense was just as bad, giving up 579 yards (312 rushing). USC played the late time slot and now have a noon EST kickoff so it may take some time to get going but I like USC to pull out the win.
Play: USC -6.5 -115
