Once again the Canucks have a better road record than home mark. I find them to be very live ‘dogs given the situation.

Tampa Bay is playing without rest following a highly satisfying, 3-1, road win against in-state rival Florida on Saturday. This is an early start time, too.

The Lightning defeated the Panthers without Victor Hedman, Ryan McDonough, Dominic James, Brandon Hagel, Nick Paul, Anthony Cirelli, and Pontus Holmberg. Andrei Vasilevskiy was in goal against Florida.

So back-up Jonas Johansson is likely to be in net for Tampa Bay.

This spot sets up well for the underdog Canucks.
