Featured Game: Arizona Diamondbacks vs. San Francisco Giants (-143/7.5 under -115)

Time: 9:45 pm ET / 6:45 pm PT

Television: MLB Alt, MLB.tv, DBacks.tv, NBCSBA (Giants)

Arizona dropped the opener of this series on Monday, its second straight loss following a four-game winning streak and the Diamondbacks are now one game under .500. They are still alive in the National League Wild Card race, sitting 4.5 games out with 17 games left so it is slim but still out there. Zac Gallen has been all over the place this season but is pitching his best right now. He has allowed one run over his last three starts and in seven starts since the beginning of August, he has posted a 2.20 ERA and a 1.05 WHIP with six of those being quality outings and Arizona going 5-2 in those games. The Giants had dropped two straight games to end their series with the Cardinals so last night was a big win to get them back to three games out of the final Wild Card spot. They had won five straight and 11 of their previous 12 games to get into this position but come in a bit overvalued tonight. Robbie Ray has been great no doubt but he has struggled of late with a 4.69 ERA over his last 10 starts including a 5.74 ERA over his last five outings. He has been solid at home this season but has allowed 10 runs in 10 innings in his last two starts here.
