Through three weeks of the NFL season, capped off by a thrilling Monday Night Football matchup between the Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens, it’s time for a 2025 Super Bowl odds update.

Week 3 saw teams lose key players, including the Arizona Cardinals, who will be without James Conner for the remainder of the season. Injuries had already hobbled the San Francisco 49ers even before Week 3, when they lost star pass rusher Nick Bosa to a torn ACL. Below, we’ll take a look at some of the teams with the best 2025 Super Bowl odds, as well as teams that may have some value at their current price.

Buffalo Bills

It’s likely not a shock to many to see the Buffalo Bills start 3-0, notably after they completed the thrilling comeback to defeat the Ravens in Week 1. Since then, they crushed the Jets by 20 and won comfortably against the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football.

The Bills come into Week 4 as the lone favorite among the 2025 Super Bowl odds. If you’re looking to bet on the Bills’ future, the best price available is +480, down from their preseason odds of +700.

Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers have seen significant movement in this 2025 Super Bowl odds update. In July, the Packers had odds of +2200. That changed significantly after they pulled off a blockbuster trade that landed Micah Parsons from the Dallas Cowboys. Following the trade, their odds moved down to +1300.

Despite a heartbreaking loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 3, in which they led 10-0 late in the fourth, their 2025 Super Bowl odds still sit tied with the Philadelphia Eagles at +750 for the best odds of any NFC team. In Week 4, they’ll take on a Cowboys team that is reeling after a 31-14 loss to the Chicago Bears and losing superstar CeeDee Lamb to an ankle injury.

Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers seem to be taking significant steps right in front of our eyes. They were good last season in Jim Harbaugh’s storied return to the NFL, but had some tough losses along the way. This season, Justin Herbert is playing with a level of confidence we’ve never previously seen from him.

Even when things weren’t going well in Week 3 against the division-rival Denver Broncos, the Chargers found a way to pull that game out to improve to 3-0, despite being without star pass rusher Khalil Mack. The Chargers were +2800 in the preseason, but now sit at +1500 on FanDuel. While Najee Harris suffered a torn Achilles in the win, Omarion Hampton showed signs of a potential breakout, which could make this offense even more lethal.

Indianapolis Colts

Perhaps the biggest surprise to this point in the season is the Indianapolis Colts. After a tight quarterback battle in training camp with Anthony Richardson, Daniel Jones won the starting job and has run with it. The Colts are 3-0 in a very winnable division, considering the Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans are still trying to find their identity.

The key thing Daniel Jones has provided the Colts is stability. He has yet to throw an interception. The Colts are tied for second with the Detroit Lions in points per game, at 34.3, behind only the Ravens. They sit at +3500 at BetMGM, which still may offer some value despite the Colts’ 2025 Super Bowl odds update of +10000 in the preseason.

Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs are among the biggest fallers on this list. Despite being blown out in the Super Bowl to end last season, oddsmakers still believed in them, evidenced by their 2025 Super Bowl odds of +800 in the preseason. They now sit at +1400.

The Chiefs have stumbled out of the gate, but there’s optimism to think they’ll be able to right the ship when Xavier Worthy returns from his shoulder injury he suffered in Week 1 and Rashee Rice returns from his six-game suspension down the stretch.

Houston Texans

The Houston Texans have yet to look like the team that C.J. Stroud helped lead to the playoffs in his rookie season. They entered the season at +3500 to win it all, but have plummeted to +10000 after a 0-3 start.

Cincinnati Bengals

Sure, this is going after the low-hanging fruit with Joe Burrow out with turf toe. In Week 3, the Minnesota Vikings embarrassed the Bengals. The Bengals entered with +2000 odds with a healthy Burrow, but now sit at +15000.
