NHL – FREE PLAY: Jets (27) vs. Kings (28)

Big Tuesday card in the NHL, and for this one we head to the late game of the night.

Winnipeg rolls into LA as one of the hottest teams in the league. They’re riding a three-game win streak, remain a perfect 4-0-0 on the road, and currently sit #1 in goals per game (3.75). Defensively, they’ve been just as sharp — #3 in goals against per game (2.5) — and with Connor Hellebuyck playing at an MVP/Vezina-caliber level, there’s a lot to like about this Jets team.

I’m all over Winnipeg on the money line at plus money. If they keep playing at this level, you won’t see them as an underdog very often.

On the flip side, LA is still searching for their first home win of the season (0-3-2 at Crypto.com Arena). They’re a respectable 5-4-4 overall, so the wins will come — I just don’t see Winnipeg being the team to hand it to them.
